Hong Kong International Airport Map Pdf. MY NEW FAVE WORKOUT! I have been wanting to put my Pilates ball to good use but didn't like other workouts such as Core Secrets (doesn't use what the ball is intended for-- muscle control through balance) or The Method (too long, boring).

This workout, however, is FANTASTIC! I have several exercise DVD's and it's my NEW FAVORITE! The workout moves fast and is challenging-- unless you are experienced with Pilates moves on the ball, you won't pick it up right away. BUT the instructor thoroughly cues beginners with important tips without stopping the work out so as you advance you won't be slowed down. An important note: the Pilates ball works by forcing you to contract a WIDE number of muscles in an effort to stabilize the ball. I used to work out with weights, am in very good shape and am still chal lenged by the ball (exactly why I LOVE this workout, I'm never bored!) It doesn't seem to take long in mastering the moves and works muscles I NEVER KNEW I HAD.

Also, I LOVE the 10-minute sessions. THIS MAKES IT SO EASY TO FIT A WORKOUT INTO EVEN THE BUSIEST DAY!
