I found a guide on how to change the parts that i am talking about. Only Recovery_jf620_v4.0.0.41.exe. It is not a complete guide for this problem, but you can use it as guide lines. Also read this post for better info on the problem, and how to solve it. This will take you about 3-8 hours, depending on your mechanic skills, and if you are alone, and if you got the right tools at hand. My Rincon runs with no grinding at all after this fix.

Did you replace your worn gears with new gears of the same originals or did you actually fit the Big Red gears. Which gear was actually worn and damaged in your transmission? Were the teeth obviously badly worn or where did you see the damage?

I've removed my gear case cover but can't see any damage to the gears.
